Focused on three areas of giving, the CH2M Foundation partners with organizations in our operating countries to develop sustainable communities; to promote science, technology, engineering and math (STEM) education; and to foster employee engagement.

As one of the world’s largest engineering firms, CH2M is committed to developing and fostering a diverse talent pipeline. The CH2M Foundation supports a wide range of STEM programs to encourage middle and high school students to learn more about STEM and engineering careers and to persist in that programs that will enable them to persist in a STEM degree and career. Key partnerships include Let’s Talk Science in Canada, the Social Mobility Foundation’s Engineering Residential Programme in the United Kingdom, the Emirates Foundation’s Think Science Program in the United Arab Emirates, the Smithsonian Science Education Academy of Teachers in Washington, DC, and the Eureka! STEM program of Girls Inc. of Metro Denver.
